​PAYMENT OPTIONS MAKE  PAYMENT

Our office welcomes many types of medical insurances. Payment  for account balances are due at the time services are rendered.  Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash and most major credit cards.

 

For those who do not require insurance reimbursement, we offer a time of service discount.  We are understanding of all circumstances and work diligently with your circumstances being kept in mind.

If you have any questions concerning the financial aspect of your visit, our office administrators are on-hand during our regular business hours to answer your questions and address your concerns.  A good faith Estimate will be provided upon request​
